2: Be prepared to make a non-refundable retainer, we accept cash, cheque, Interac, Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal.  The retainer is non refundable and is used to guarantee your date and time.  Please Note: We never hold or "tentatively" book a time or date until we receive your retainer.  

3: We email out a confirming letter a week before your portrait.  It will confirm date and time, directions to the beach and a list of clothing suggestions, what to wear and what not to wear for your portrait.

4: Your Video Proofs are ready in about 24 hours.

5: Your viewing usually takes 45-60 minutes

6: Portrait orders take about 2 weeks for packages and 3 - 4 weeks for mounted or framed portraits.
