We email out a confirming letter a
week before your portrait. It will confirm date and time, directions
and a list of clothing suggestions, what to
wear and what not to wear for your portrait.
Your sitting, typically 30-45 minutes "in studio"
or 45-90 minutes "on location"
Your Video Proofs are ready in about 24 hours.
Your viewing usually takes 45-60 minutes
Portrait orders take about 2 weeks for packages and 4 weeks
for mounted or framed portraits.
A $20 non-refundable
retainer is required to reserve your your date and time for evening or
Saturday appointments. The entire $20 will be applied to your portrait
order unless you miss your appointment or cancel. Your $20 retainer will
be honoured for up to 30 days if you need to reschedule and give us a
minimum of 72 hours notice. Paypal is preferred but you can also call in
a credit card number.
